The lady at the front desk with a TAUSHA name tag was extremely rude and ask embarrassing questions that made me feel ill at ease! I absolutely do not recommend this office to anyone unless they lose Tausha first!!! #donotpatronize

Was seeing Stacy Thompson for mental health aid. Eventually scripts kept not being called in on time. I usually have to wait over an hour for a 5 minute conversation to get my meds. Then they stopped paper scripts and never remind patients how many are left, so when you call for a refill of a critical medicine for your mental health, the response was “oh well, we have 72 hours to get it in” incredibly rude “women” at the front desk are the worst. Go elsewhere, there is a reason they have so many bad reviews and unhappy patients. People will end up dead waiting for them to take proper care of you.

Been a patient here forever. Called in with abdominal pain - they think I should come in for an appointment and not do the new televisit but I can not get in to see MY doctor for over 30 days!! I don't want to see someone who doesn't know me!! I find it ridiculous that every time I have had to call for an appointment I am told my doctor has no openings for weeks on end. Over it!!
