        Staff are very friendly and facility is clean and comfortable. They have a great little playroom for younger kids, and do anything they can to make what you are there for easy as possible.

        I had a horrible experience with Metropolitan Title. After sending a wire transfer on May 18th, I was told multiple times and phone calls later that my "wire was never received" and I sent it wrong. It was sent as an ACH I was told. When calling my bank, Bank of America, to confirm, they said they do not process ACHs anymore and that I sent it correctly. I spoke with Cherie initially, then about ten other girls. Was put on hold repeatedly and hung up on, and also my calls were not returned. I am a new investor to the area and I have alot of connections going so I will be sure to pass the word not to go to this title company. Sad that this is how business is done at your company.
