What a fantastic place to take your computer to be worked on. Friend and very knowledgeable. Great place to do business. I cannot stress enough how good they are at what they do.

We had an issue with a computer overheating at a business. I told Mike that I suspected that it was an issue with dust accumulation but that we also wanted to replace the power supply. Mike told me that with how recently (2 - 3 years) he had replaced the power supply that that could not be the problem. He said he would see if they had a power supply that met our requirements in stock and would call me back the same day (Friday) if they did not. We set an appointment for the following Monday. Monday Mike called to tell us that he did not have a sufficient power supply in stock and that he would have to order one. Later in the week I called and asked Mike to pick one up at the local Best Buy. Mike claimed that Best Buy had no sufficient power supplies in stock, even though their website showed me several that were in stock locally. Mike refused to even check Best Buy and wound up waiting until the following Monday to come to our location with the ordered power supply. When Mike finally came to our location, we had a cash register that had been randomly shutting down for a week and a half. When Mike replaced the power supply, he did not vacuum out the system as requested, made no attempt to troubleshoot the issue, and completely ignored a failed case fan. After Mike failed so miserably to take care of our issue, we had Josh from Taylored PCs come out the same day we called him and actually clean and troubleshoot the system. Long story short, Mike cost Kling's our business, and I highly recommend going to Taylored PCs instead.
