        Went to store to upgrade. Picked phone, got all set up. At time of payment was told that they did not accept prepaid card(which is understandable), stated that credit card was needed. Brought my mom back so that she could pay with her card & was then told that they couldn't accept that either because card had to be in my name. Asked if cash was accepted & that was a no also. Asked if the Verizon store on Reed was the same, was told yes. Went to store out on Reed & purchased the same phone, using cash, & was charged $100 less then what this store was going to charge me. I have been a verizon customer for almost 20 yrs & I have never encountered that much trouble attempting to upgrade. Will never go to that store again.
