Horrible place to go. These people are so rude and unprofessional. This person hit my car twice. Once with her car door and once with her first. She was screaming and yelling at me in the parking lot. And the bad thing is, she was only visiting someone and Silver Birch lied and covered it up. Don't let your loved one go here. These people are so dishonest.

I worked here for three months. In the duration of this time, I realized a very toxic, and harmful social hierarchy that supported bully culture. After many unsuccessful attempts to bring my concerns forward to every person in management, I just put in my notice, wherein, was thankfully recognized early to the 6 weeks I gave them to find my replacement. The continuous lack of professional boundaries, abuse of authority, and misuse of power in this workplace is beyond the point of redemption. They support the bully culture Ive spoken of before, because it supports their need to project a sense of control of power over others who would rather live their lives in the light of truth. Constant hostility supported towards other coworkers, from other coworkers. Clearly, too much power established to the QMAs because they cant keep enough nurses to do the required tasks assignments that QMAs are manipulated to embrace, which is clearly out of their jurisdiction of legal practice. Many, many of my previous coworkers have shared their disdain towards the problematic culture within the Silver Birch of Kokomo, yet never felt safe enough to bring their concerns forward due to the greedy, pseudo-politicians that charge conviction behind the motives of previously explained beforehand. This is my witness of statement gained from firsthand experience. I truly hope things change.

This is one of the nicest assisted living facilities within Kokomo. Its an affordable luxury offered to our senior citizens. They do many events to get the community involved and interact with our older citizens of Kokomo which always brings a smile to the residents. Silver Birch is a diamond within Kokomo.

Got to visit the first time and silver birch is a very beautiful clean place in Kokomo, very nice!!! Love it
