Absolutely RAMPANT DRUG USE in this factory. Many of the employees actively and on a daily basis show up to work drunk or high. They go out back to do drugs and drink on break. The owners and management are fully aware of this going on and choose to do nothing about it. Working there is a nightmare......just lots of crazy co workers itching for the next fix. Forklift drivers welders etc.....all drunk or high. The products they make are GARBAGE as a result......but powder coat hides everything right If your looking for a job that does not drug test and you are a really garbage person yourself you will fit right in so go ahead and apply.

Terrible place to work. My daughter had surgery yesterday and her dad wasn't even able to take the day off without losing his job. As if the stress of our 3 year old being put to sleep for surgery wasn't enough. I had to go out of our way to pick him up before driving all the way to south bend at 7 am because he had to go in early or he wouldnt have been able to come at all. Plus they are forced to pay union dues, yet they don't even have union meetings and I haven't seen any help from the union on anything since he started there years ago. Not to mention Indiana is a right to work state, they shouldnt have to pay union dues if they don't want to.
