        Dave was a wonderful sales rep. Friendly, no pressure, very accommodating. Installation was also very smooth, the technician was quick and friendly. The plumbing was tidy although I find it curious that they stepped the plumbing down from 1/2" right off the water meter then back up to 3/4", presumably because that's the only sized adapter he had, but that's not really the right way to do it. My other gripe is through no fault of sales or service, but I rented my water heater which required a credit check. Whichever credit service they use sells your information to a bunch of scammers who call you from a different phone number every 2 hours trying to find out if you're refinancing your home. If I would have just bought the system I would not have had this problem, overall I am very happy with this experience.
