A picture is worth a thousand words. These pictures are of my mil's air conditioning unit after the "cleaning" done by Michael Hensinger. My mil was the only individual present at the time of the "cleaning". I was able to take a look later that evening and the pictures will show you what I found. To me, this is clearly a case of Mr. Hensinger taking advantage of the elderly -- he did not clean the unit. We were sent an invoice for $90 for this totally unacceptable "job". Mr. Hensinger's lack of integrity and dishonesty is appalling, frustrating, and to say the least, upsetting. It is sad, very sad, that this is the actions of a local businessman. My advice is to take your business elsewhere.

My central air conditioner wasn't working and it literally took 5 minutes to replace the part and have it working with a bill that was way less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Called to have a leaky toilet fixed. I told tech on phone that it most likely needed replaced. He went to warehouse to pick up new toilet for me.
