Drs Roush & Will Optometrists

I've been going to Doctor Roush when Doctor Roush Senior was there. Now I will never trust them again. They missed diagnosed me than want me to pay an outrageous price for their products instead of telling me of an over counter product that works for a reasonable price. They charge me the same price for glasses that was totally two different price, one frame was 200 something and the other 90-100 but it still came out to be the same price. ????? How is that??? I think it's all about the money!!

Dr's are always good with exams for me but the other ladies are rude especially if you want your prescription to get glasses somewhere else they really gave me a pamphlet saying why I should choose their glasses and one of the ladies said "He does realize if he doesn't get glasses with us we won't fix them"

If I could give 0 stars I would. After getting an eye exam, my husband took his prescription somewhere else to be filled because glasses are just too expensive here. Well after getting his glasses back, his sight was worse with them. We talked to several optometrists about his issues and they all said his script was clearly wrong. He had just had his exam a couple weeks ago so obviously his script wouldnt have changed. The place that we got his glasses said if he went and had his script fixed they wouldnt charge him to fix his glasses because thatd be a lot. So we call and ask to have his script fixed by being re-examined. We were told that since we didnt buy the glasses here that they cant just re-do the exam. But that we had to pay for them to re-evaluate him and fix it. We arent asking for the to fix the glasses? The SCRIPT was what they were responsible for. Regardless of where we purchased glasses. Our insurance company y already paid for an exam so this would be out of pocket because they wont right their wrong without us paying for it. My husband and I will not be returning. It just seems like there is too much greed and not enough integrity.

A one doesn't even come close to failure. I have been in two times, because my prescription is so OFF... I only went here, because my co-workers praised the Dr.s. Still cant see, I will never go back.
