        We stayed there for almost a week. It was the perfect location for us. The room was all that we needed. All of the staff went above and beyond to be friendly, accommodating, and professional. We would stay there again and highly recommend it for others.

        Our car broke down so we had to stay here. The price for the stay ($110) was ridiculous but we were stranded so we had to get ripped off. It wasn't anything special. Not any better than the $50-$60 rooms we've stayed in in the past. Breakfast would have been great if they didn't run out of everything. There was still 30 minutes left and the sausage, eggs, and biscuits were basically all gone. It was annoying. The staff were great though. Since we had to wait for our car to be fixed they let us stay longer than policies allow. Overall they overcharge for what you get and that's my main gripe, the prices are just way too high. ** Response to their response** Other hotels are charging less so Best Western can too. Inflation is a cop out to rip people off. No one restocked the food, we were there until breakfast ended and the eggs and biscuits were never refilled and no one offered to do anything so please don't state falsehoods.

        Nice clean rooms. With refrigerator and microwave. Paula at the front desk was cheerful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure that any needs or requests we had was taken care of. Best Western, that girl needs a promotion to management and a raise. Your other employee should follow her example.

      Dear Dave,Thank you for your kind compliments to the staff. I am glad to know the staff accommodated your need for a late check-out at no additional charge. Please accept my sincerest apologies for not exceeding your expectations. When I shared your breakfast comment with the staff, the breakfast attendant was very disappointed as she was promptly stocking all items when you and the other 4 family members who accompanied you walked in in the breakfast bar. She also asked if you needed any help. As for the room rate, I as a consumer can understand your concern but unfortunately due to the high inflation, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions prices have gone very high for everything and hotels are no exceptions. I am glad that we were able to accommodate you and 5 more members of your family in the same room with no any additional charges.Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
