Loader was extremely rude. I was told go to the north lane to unload so i did and pulled into the first bay to wait for further instructions since there were multiple overhead cranes. The loader yelled at me when i asked if he wanted me to pull up. Lets not assume everyone has been there before and knows exactly where to go, eh? Edit: I was there 2/22 around 1700. Paperwork was stamped north lane but no info which bay to pull up to. I simply asked if i need to pull up and he lost it.

Quick in and out. Picked up 2 coils today, loaded under 1 hour. Clean facility with hard working people here. Ill be definitely coming back again !

Awesome pickup! Flat bed shotgun load. Arrived late, 10 minutes till close but they waited on us and got us loaded. Everyone was friendly and helpful even had a guy who worked there stop to help us. Said he used to haul coils and gave us a tip for our binders. Plenty of time to secure, they allowed us to inside or outside under the cover. 5 stars for sure

Flatbed driver picking up Skids with coil on it, my first impression was easy to get access to, well maintained facility which was clean with good signage markings for drivers where to go! I showed up a few minutes before 6pm The broker who I booked the load thru had me down for 4pm pickup, I told the broker the day before that I was pushing it for time to make that 4pm appointment cause delays prior that put me behind, he told me it shouldnt be an issue! I went to check in and there was a sign on the window to call after 4pm. I did so talked to an employee and gave him my pickup number and he said someone will meet me down where I was. Within 5 mins a employee was down by me and within 30 mins of that I was backed in and loaded! I wish all shippers would take notes on Voss Clark because these guys are awesome and do it right! Seems like they understand that the Truck drivers time is valuable also and they waste no time to keep us moving! Top notch company and I would love to come back and haul more loads!
