i just moved in less than 2 weeks ago and it has been the most terrible experience for me. Before i moved in they promised the house would be move in ready and it was not! the entire house was filthy the day i moved in. it took me and my family 4 hours to deep clean the house and it still has a lot of work to go through. my closets are all broken, carpet was filthy, there was food and mold all in the fridge, there is a big rodent in my roof, bathroo had clumps of dirt all over everything, etc ... called rental office and put in maintenance request since i moved in and nothing has been done. i reached out to my rental office today and finally got a hold of somebody and she was completely nasty and when i asked for cooperates number she yelled at me no! and hung up on me. place is very unprofessional and hostile. DO NOT RENT HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Roach infested apartments and filthy common areas. I do not recommend this company for future renters. Water damage in the one I rented. Maintenance doesn't come and fix things even if you're promised when moving in. Or period. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY Y'ALL . Take my lesson and listen to me.

I witnessed this companys truck speeding recklessly and carelessly around a school bus only to get to a red light! The driver could have caused a catastrophic accident evolving children due to his inpatient behavior. So I can understand why this business has a very low rating now. And I will be reporting this to Greater Clark County Schools!

Do not rent any of their units. They are slum lords. They never come out to fix anything that breaks on their properties. Our unit had black mold in the laundry room and in the dishwasher. They never did anything about it for two years.

I really like the price, and the building looks really nice to. It looks like it would be a really great place to live.
