        Well, so far, no good experiences here. My corndog was cold in the middle. Like, Just pulled from the freezer cold. On the plus side, the employees I came in contact with were super friendly and pleasant.

        When the reviews are this bad, I should have believed them, but Im an optimist and wanted to believe it was an exaggeration. After waiting 15 minutes for my food only to have my order wrong. Took it back, waited again for 10 minutes and they made the same order after being told what it should have been. Smh At this point Id been in the store for 30 minutes and wasnt about to wait any longer for them to fix it. From my observation, the staff is unfamiliar with the menu, unfamiliar with how input orders and unfamiliar with the uniformity of Culvers policies and procedures. I dont care if the location is fairly new, I paid full price, I want full service, correct service. The kids standing around and there are tables that need to be cleaned, drink station needs attention and bathroom needs attending. This is by far one of the most unorganized and poorly run Culvers Ive ever been to and I frequent Culvers all over the country. Management was very apologetic, the woman appeared sincere, but I suggest this place invest heavily into training and understand whats expected from a Culvers franchise and implement universal Culvers experience.
