Brian at Your Public Adjuster has been nothing short of amazing! In a neighborhood where many homes were getting their roof replaced for hail damage, my insurance company was denying my claim. I wasn't getting anywhere leaving me extremely frustrated and feeling as though I had no recourse. Thankfully, I shared my frustration with someone who recommended Brian, and he took care of everything from that point forward! I watched as Brian easily navigated through the hoops and roadblocks that my insurance company previously put before me. Brian worked very hard on my behalf. The insurance company was relentless, but so Brian, and my roof was finally replaced! Communication from Brian could not have been better. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I can't recommend him enough. I am sure my roof would not have been replaced had he not been involved.

Brian went above and beyond helping me with my recent claim. He was able to double the amount the insurance company was willing to pay out. I will definitely ask for his assistance in the future with any homeowners insurance claims.

My experience with insurance companies has always been that they provide the final word regarding claims. After sustaining hail damage to my roof last year, they refused my claim, even after multiple roof companies had substantiated that damage had occured. Brian with Your Public Adjuster was able to work with my insurance provider and obtain an approval for a claim that they had denied twice. He determined that my claim was valid and used his knowledge of the insurance industry, as well as my policy details, to pursuade them to re-evaluate my claim. Brian's persistence and knowledge were successful in influencing them to reconsider, ultimately leading to them paying for the damage. Brian is professional, thorough and diligent. If you need help with your insurance company, Your Public Adjuster is a great advocate. I highly recommended them and am extremely pleased with the result.
