    The infrastructure is presentable ,considering it is new hotel, the lobby is nice and the rooms are the hilton garden. However the servicie has left much to wish , firstly the breakfast was not available and from there went downhill. So an acquaintance of mine, he has been a hilton honors member for seven years and for the first time they rejected changing his hilton honor number .The reason being the hotel would lost money . Another case was that the breakfast was not included even when they said that it was included with each room , i would only change that , thank you.

    I hate to give this score because the customer service is absolutely fantastic. They all made small talk and truly cared about our stay. The beds are horrible. I felt like I stepped back into the stone age. They were rock hard and for the week my body ached because of it. Our neighbors were horrible at all hours of the night. It sounded like a wresting match. The toilets are so loud you can hear them at the end of hall. The shower pressure was terrible. Housekeeping didn't replace toilet paper when they came in and we had to ask for more. Our refrigerator was so cold it froze all of our foods and we couldn't eat or drink them. This was a big disappointment to be honest. Kudos to the front desk staff though because they are some of the best we've ever engaged with!

    Enjoyed my stay, zero problems. Great location, you're less than 5 minutes to gas stations and restaurants. About 25 min to SDF. Friendly staff. Rooms were great, no issues, modern.

    leep quality: Bad, oh its bad... beds are hard. Very... very hard. With with the highway right next to the hotel, the road noise is constant. All day.. all night.. vroooooooooooom vrrrrrrrooooooooooom VRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOM!!!! Walls are thin, and you can hear toilets, snoring, doors slamming from several rooms down. Its seriously quite bad. You can also hear the nearby train through out the evening and night. Service: Overall, it isn't bad. They try I think, but its hard to justify staying at a place where the sleep quality is so poor. Overall its a just a bad place to stay with the sleep quality issues. I won't be back and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.. ever... seriously. Stay elsewhere if you want to actually get a decent night's sleep.
