        They never communicate with customers to discuss what parts they are using to replace old parts. If you ask them to rotate tires when oil change is being done they would tell you they did but they really dont. Im speaking from my experience, so just have that in mind.

        I have always went to Big O Tires since I started driving. I have went to other Big O locations but have not had the friendly service that the Jasper IN location provides. I highly recommend this location.

        I own a weird Postal Jeep and I wanted tires that were taller and narrower than what was on there. The guy at the counter went out of his way to find some tires for me. He ordered them for me. Very happy with them
