A+++ service, all the way around. The entire process was a breeze and everything was delivered as promised. I especially want to mention Kiersten who did a fabulous job at follow up and assisting through the whole process. She is very good at her job, she deserves a raise! The other special mention is for the installer, Odie. He loves his job and is obvious! He is the most courteous, helpful, and respectful person that I've had so work in a long time. He was patient as I asked questions and his motto is - "I just want you to be happy with my work and your blinds". In a world where customer service seems to have become extinct these are two of the most awesome customer service people I've worked with. I hope the owner reads this because they both deserve raises! You won't be sorry going with Zingas and their customer service.
