I was stay away from this place. I arrived here at 8 45 pm there was no one in the waiting room. I told you bro. I was there to see a doctor for my eye. She told me they were no longer taking patience. They close. I said you close at 9:00. She told me no. They stopped taking patients at 10:00 till which I still had time. I would not go to this place. She was rude even though I have insurance she told me it didn't matter because they're privately owned

Had a sore throat. Late that evening it was very easy to make appointment for the next day online. When I got there check in was easy n quick. I was called back not too long after check in. Melissa was very great asking questions about my symptoms and tell me what they were going to do. I was out very quickly.

I walked in and was smacked in the face with perfume! It was so strong I could taste it. I have COPD with emphysema. Strong smells make my lungs close. I had to go to the car to get my rescue inhaler. They didn't care because my O2 was normal. The doctor failed to take into account that I had already taken 2 puffs from my inhaler to be that way. 40% of the population is allergic to the chemicals in perfumes. But, it seems, without fail, every medical and dental office has smells so strong, I have to wait outside. I waited in this urgent cares foyer. I was so bothered by the smell, I could barely listen to the doctor. They treat me like I'm the rude one. The doctors aggravation at my predicament was more than apparent. And she acted like I was so over the top. Unless you deal with this on a regular basis, you have no idea what it does to you. And the fact that a medical "professional" would discount this is unconscionable. Breath of life is a basic need. I'm tired of being "blown off" as dramatic by these people. I volunteered at Easter Seals. No one was allowed in the building with perfume, strong smelling soap, lotions, or cleaning products. You would be told to leave. Strong smells can induce asthma attacks and seizures. Even nurses in hospitals are slathering themselves in perfume in the ER! But I'm treated like garbage because I ask them to please step away from me, my lungs are closing! What is wrong with these so called medical professionals that they care more about their offices and/or staff being saturated in perfume, than they care about 40% of the population who have issues with strong smells? It's a chemical. People aren't meant to spend their lives with poisonous chemicals everywhere we turn. Let's just give the people with peanut allergies a little peanut butter. It's just a little. This is how they deal with scent allergies. They don't believe it's real! Especially medical, dental offices and hospitals. They are probably happy I won't be going back to this location. The doctor didn't give me enough meds and the infection is back. I asked for a 10 day protocol, because at 60, I know myself better than a doctor who sees me one time. They don't listen. She gave me a 5 day course. Now I have to go back to a doctor and start all over again. This is why we are over medicated! The smell in the office, contrary to the owners comment, has nothing to do with other patients. The smell permeates EVERY ROOM! A couple patients with scents on in no way would leave enough smell to taste it when you walk in. Even the bathroom was overwhelming. Do not recommend this location. I asked the doctor for a good old 'cillin. She said they don't work for uti's. According to other medical sites, Amoxicillin is one of THE MOST Recommended antibiotics for a UTI. The doctor actually lied to me. WOW! They must be getting kickbacks for certain kinds of meds from big pharma. At the expense of their patients health. This just keeps getting worse!

Farleysis, Unfortunately we have little to no control over how our patients present to our clinic. There are certainly times when patients present to our facility who may have have just applied some sort of scented agent. However, we do not refuse our patients care for applying perfume or cologne before they arrive to our facility. We hate to hear this created an issue for you and will be mindful when trying to air out our facility in the future. We are happy to hear you are doing better. Thank you for choosing us for your urgent care needs.
