Venture approved me for employment. When I asked the recruiter what Id make a week, I was told $1200-$1500. Mind you, Ive been driving since 1998 and was paid this salary a week back in early 2000s. I told them heck no. My current job takes me past the Freightliner dealership in Anderson. I see brand new Venture trucks coming in weekly. It is clear Venture has decided to invest in equipment and not its drivers. I work for another company that has old equipment but pays me $2000 a week. Best part? I get to drive manual transmissions. Sorry Venture but since drivers are not as important to you as your equipment, Im not working for you.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! They will mess up your pay every week and constantly feed you lies. They will discriminate against you and tell you anything you want to hear just to get you to run loads. You will be profiled and called racist things and nothing will be done about it. Favoritism is also used for "certain drivers". Management is too busy taking customers out with the company card and getting trashed with them and using expense reports for personal use. Almost given they will follow up with this post and say this is inaccurate even though multiple people including I have been told this first hand by a certain District Manager. Don't say you weren't warned, good luck.

Whoever was driving truck V24706 needs to be fired immediately! Almost ran me off the highway today around 7am on I-65! I was in a commercial vehicle with several cars behind me who also almost crashed because this idiot wouldnt let us merge near Worthsville ..TERRIBLE!
