Covenant Transport

My wife and i just quit covenant. They advertise high pay but the miles dont add up. If your not driving estes then your miles are low. You have to TEXT you dispatcher and they ask the dumbest questions. They will take 1-3 hours to respond if you get a response. I did somethings i shouldnt have while employed here just to give them the finger.

If you could choose any company in the world don't choose this one. Orientation is in a dorm like prison with shared rooms and public bath/restroom.the pay is sketchy to where solo drivers at other companies make more than teams. Communication is worse than any job on earth.they fail at almost every aspect of trucking. This is trucker probation. If you have bills you will be better off at a regular job no cdl than here. Treatment is bad,pay is bad, freedom is bad, drivers come last. You will probably lose your cdl and mess up your driving record between the company and its on board computer. And when you leave all their bads will be on your record. Not a good place to start or end up.

Had to move away from your lazy nasty team driver's at the ta in Effingham ill, since one of them has the nerve to piss right at my drivers door.
