Overall pleased with the customer service, took time to explain their products. Completed underbody coating, and bed lining at time promised. Only problem, could have paid better attention to cleaning over spray off of truck.

Took my new 2022 wrangler in to be undercoated. The team at Line-X had it done in no time and I couldnt be happier. Ill be sure to use them again in the future for all my Wrangler needs!

I brought a brand new Jeep Wrangler here for the Valu Guard rust proofing. It looked decent on the undercarriage. However, there was sticky goo leaking out of all of the door holes and running down the car that they didnt take the time to remove. They also didn't mask the vehicle itself at all, and I was left with residue all over the entire car. There is also overspray all over the fender liners that won't come off. I was supposed to have the car ceramic coated but they can't until I can figure out how to get this stuff off the entire car. Overall, it was very sloppy. This isn't how you treat a 60k vehicle, or any vehicle for that matter.

Visited this place on the February 15th to pick up our uhaul. I totally messed up and forgot our pickup time and our order for canceled. Thankfully the young lady working that morning was understanding and walked us through what we needed to do. After a 5 minute call and her working her magic we were able to leave with our uhaul. Thank you for making what could have been a disaster a great experience. We need more people like this young lady in the world.
