        James was aces! Prompt and courteous service, great job trimming our branches away from the electrical drop line. Will absolutely use them for any future needs. UPDATE: Contacted James for another job we needed. Although he did come by to take a look at it, he never answered any of my requests for a follow up (called and texted several times over about a 2 week period). I'm not sure if he's just going through a busy time, or if there's some other problem, but a quick phone call or text would have gone quite a way towards good customer service. I guess it's a toss up whether someone could expect any kind of follow up. Oh well, live and learn.
