The customer service was horrible this weekend (Saturday) they had my car for 4 hours when they got done at 11am and noone never called me remind you I was calling there every 20 minutes no one never answered get there. He couldn't even give me an explanation why they didn't call me at 11 o'clock when they got done with my car I was furious. Because I had to be at work all the way out there in camel where the traffic is bad. I spoke with the manager today Monday and the only thing he can say. Was he was sorry and he will get back with me? No one has contact me back yet and the time is three twenty three pm

First Class dealership. We drove from Fort Wayne to buy from O'Brien Toyota. The entire process was hassle free. Our salesman, Wes Martin, was great. He is professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. Even the finance process was seamless and without a lot of upsell pressure. This is how car buying should be.

Bought a used Subaru from another Toyota dealer. Told by OBrien that they couldnt look up warranty and that is would $1200 to fix car. Then told I only had tire warranty. Told the car got dye tested and 72 point inspection. Invoice says three guys! This is a one man job at best. 72 point inspection? Well car came back with low antifreeze, low brake fluid, brakes actually need changed. One head light out. Nothing got checked. Wasted $157 dollars to take it to another dealer to have fixed for a $100 under warranty. I will warn everyone I know about this service department. OBrien and Toyota dealership should be embarrassed.

We had an amazing experience working with Trevor and the entire OBrien Toyota team when they recently helped my wife and me find our next car. From the moment we walked in we felt listened to and valued instead of sold to. They listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect fit. On top of that, even after we bought the car they were attentive to meeting our needs and answering our questions. We highly recommend them.
