Pretty easy. I needed to pick up the auto parts I ordered. They had them ready for me and I kept going. Very friendly crew. Prices are decent. I definitely recommend them.

Why is it that every tow truck driver I meet is an as*hole? Seems like thats the prerequisite for the job. I have yet to meet one with any sense of common curiosity or customer service. Always bottom of the barrel material.

My car was towed while I was in the VA hospital, it had mechanical issues at the time I parked it at the American Legion Post #500. Zowes policy, which I was not told about when I went to try to get my cell phone out of the car by visiting their offices, their policy is after 45 days they send the car to the scrap yard. With no notification, I think its time I lawyer up.

I wouldnt have even left one star if I didnt have to. Terrible place that is making money by doing predator towing. They rip you off, talk to you in a very unprofessional way. They tell you one dollar amount over the phone and then when you get there theyve added a bunch of other charges on. They make it almost impossible to get your vehicle back and they actually enjoy ruining lives. Theyre sad human beings with sad jobs and lives, only miserable people enjoy hurting others.They also just added another $75 charge to mine that wasnt supposed to be added until it had been there for at least 72 hours. Ive been in the hospital unable to even move to get there but I still made it before even 48 hours yet they added this charge on. Pathetic business and treatment of people. The woman that answers the phone is obviously uneducated, and unhappy, just so sad that she is only happy if she is hurting others. Service: Car towing
