Most of this "park" is the 301 E Washington Parking lot, leaving only small surrounding strips of grass and trees. A large American Elm grows at Presidential Place, on the corner of Washington and Alabama streets. This tree was planted by President George H.W. Bush in 1990, to honor Ryan White; the nearby brickwork is usable as seating. More trees form a line down Washington Street. This may be a bullseye if you're looking to park a car near the Julia Carson Transit Center . But it's not much of a "park" in the more traditional sense. Playground: Nope. Not that kind of park. Restrooms: Nope. Try the neighboring Julia Carson Transit Center if you're looking for restrooms open to the public. Dog-friendliness: It's not a very good "park" to bring pets. Maybe if you're desperate, I guess. Picnic area: You might find a few spots to sit and eat at the corner of Washington and Alabama, near a particularly large American Elm tree (planted by President GHW Bush to honor Ryan White in 1990.)

A very clean and safe park. Downtown Indy with lots of views. Siting on the bench enjoying a sunny afternoon with a coffee is a great way to spend time
