Horrible experience here. If I hadnt followed up, our taxes wouldnt have been filed in the last year. They completely forgot about our account. There is absolutely no proactive counsel provided to customers. They provide absolutely no strategy or guidance to business owners. They take little care or intention in their responses. Their junior and mid-level staff lack knowledge and cant answer questions without talking to partners and when they need help from a partner they never respond.
The partner I spoke with today was condescending, uninterested and full of blustery ego. He didnt ask a single question to understand our concerns. He had no interest in keeping our account which is exactly how we were treated for the last several years. If we were not a good fit, then providing horrible customer service as a means to get a client to leave is an immature and unprofessional approach.
Take your business elsewhere or you will regret it.
