        I had a very bad experience with Kristel's tax filing this year. They were not ready to accept the mistake of their poor communication. They filed my taxes but never bother to schedule my auto pay to IRS, this information was not communicated until I called them. When I asked them the reasons, they answered very rude including the manager. I am surprised that how do they get so many stars in their rating when they cant patiently hear a customer complaint, in my experience it was a clear case of extremely poor customer care , being rude to the customer. This is the last year I file with this company.

      I did listen to the client’s complaints and offered to schedule the auto pay to the IRS. He then informed me he had already paid it online. So I tried to apologize for the miscommunication but he just wanted to keep venting and was not going to be satisfied with anything else I said. The return was completed and filed with the IRS in a timely manner. Life’s too short and we encourage him to file with a different firm in the future.
