Adult and Child Health

Ive been with Adult and Child for many years. I've never had any issues with the nursing staff, they were always so wonderful. I've had some really bad therapists and some good ones, so it's hit or miss there. Only had one issue with the scheduling staff which I just overlook. What really did it for me was I was encouraged to use the Nextgen Portal app. Well I tried scheduling my appointments on this app for a few months and got nowhere. Out of the blue I got a letter saying my services were discontinued because I didn't schedule an appointment... I tried to tell them what happened but they constantly turned it around as my fault. They never cared about me this was obvious. Such a waste of many years. Don't make the mistake I made.

Mr. B and Ms. Baxter did a great job taking care of me, as well as my therapist in group therapy in the beginning of the process. The front desk staff are helpful. I feel like a better person already!

Well im happy with my family doctor here. However, the mental health staff dont seem that interested in you & seems like they just go through the motions. Getting medication refills can be a nightmare. I also feel there therapist's would rather be somewhere else. Yes, you do have to put in effort but they need to lay a foundation for you to build on. I would give them a 2nd chance if i they got it together.

Worst place ever to get help. They destroy your life.They gave out a person all information on me. My grandson was taken from his mother because of this place. They have made me have worse suicidal thoughts I've ever had. But this place isn't going to bring me down. I have reported them to Medicare in the past for charging insurance for appointments I never had with psychiatrist. If you go here you will never get help for depression they will make you feel the worst depression you ever had in life
