I can't recommend Jamie Garlock enough. She's truly such an empathetic person with an amazing heart and cares so much. She provides an environment where you feel safe to share your pain. She listens carefully and finds the best way to help you and walk you through any situation you're facing. I love meeting with her. She's helped me tremendously.

I cant say enough great things about Sarah Trueblood. I first saw her back in August of 2019 and the moment I left, the tools she gave me and the words of encouragement really changed my life. I knew she was going to be the one that I needed in order to heal and Im so glad that she is still helping me to this day. She has helped me get my life back, helped me understand my past and has helped me look forward to my future. She is always on time, spends time getting to know me and never makes me feel judged. I never wanted to go to therapy but I can honestly say that going was the best thing I couldve done for myself. I highly recommend Sarah.
