        Shred it has been nothing but frustrating. They haven't picked up in 3 months and every time they say they're coming, they don't. We've stayed over and tried to make sure we don't miss them but they're very, very hard to get a hold of and completely unprofessional. They literally changed my pick up date while I was on the phone with customer service to cover themselves. Horrible service!!

        Absolutely the worst service I have received from a shred company. Never picked up the shred on a monthly basis and when they did came on Fridays when we said we do not work on Fridays. Paid for service that I never received.
