Visited on 05 Apr 2024 roughly 4:30p. Upgrade the staff please. Service was beyond terribleUnprofessional, immature and rude. I visit often and its not always been this way. Its a bad look and it brings down the quality of the mall.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service at this location especially after reading the unfavorable reviews. Whit had excellent customer service and was very helpful as I tried to find a shoe suitable for my kiddo. The section for preschoolers is very small with limited options and sizes available. That is the only reason I am unlikely to shop this location again in the near future. Otherwise, I had a good experience and it was a Saturday evening (busy time)!

First of all, many brands should be aware that their products are being sold in a place where many things are wrong. The employees in this store are very rude, creating an impression of being FBI agents with the headphones they wear and looking at everyone suspiciously, as if constantly tracking customers like thieves. Since most of the employees are African American and immigrants, they harass those who are not like them with their eyes. I have witnessed this situation many times personally and I never make judgments without cause. The employees are very, very rude, incredibly extreme situations occur. Please do not enter, be careful
