        Elaine, Marvin and Jana could not have been more amazing!!! Initially Elaine helped us with an emergency banner for a convention - she was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us. When the banner printed out, the file was not high enough resolution so Elaine re-did the design for us. In the mean time, Jana and Marvin helped her a bit, but all of them were so kind and helpfulyou rarely see this amount of customer service these days. If I could give them all 10 stars I would - especially Elaine - she was a God-send!!! THANK YOU to the amazing team at this FedEx location!!!

        Marvin was an absolute stud. Our company had a huge rush order that needed to be completed by the end of the day. Marvin stayed two hours after the store to ensure that the order was completed and personally handed to us. As a business that sends out large print orders on a weekly basis, I have never dealt with someone as professional, nor received better customer service. Marvin got us out of a jam when we were in a tight spot and I couldn't give a higher recommendation.
