        One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. It started with me arriving at 8am per there stated opening time, no one showed up that was able to do anything until 8:25. The lady that runs the place was rude and very unprofessional. She took an hour to process a contract, take payment, and provide a key...it should be a 10 min process at best. They provided inaccurate dimensions on there new units and then struggled tremendously to issue a credit when things didn't work out. Avoid this place.

        Went there to rent a U-Haul van, and had a great experience. Kelly was very helpful, and made sure that the check-in and check-out process was simple and got completed quickly.

      He is right about one thing...our contractor placed the divider wall in rhe wrong position creating a smaller space than it should have been...than we tried to move the him to a larger unit which he wanted for the same price...that wasn't possible since we paid the Biden price for these buildings ...the refund in full came in an appropriate period of time after I was sure all the credits were applied...we strive to provide good, friendly service to our customers, but sometime things just don't work outDick Douglass
