The whole process had a strong start. Our salesperson Chris was excellent. They were thorough in guiding us and answering our questions. From there we had a slight hiccup in communication with the operations side but that was remedied and then the roof project began. They got our roof replaced and everything else on the list and we had no problems after that. They were quick to use up the good weather we had available in December. All in all happy with the experience.
Final note: our roof was part of an insurance claim but we did choose our own contractor.

I wish I could give a negative number of stars!!!!Never would I again hire this company again. I paid $7000 extra for an American roofing crew and they sent mexicans I'm not racist just been traumatized by them and didn't wanna relive it but here I am crying and having a panic attack
