I was referred to Raptor Restoration by a neighbor. I called them out after our recent storm to do an inspection of my property. I was shocked how thorough their inspector was. They found issues with my home that I didn't even notice. I would have 100% never gotten on my roof. I would have never thought about my gutters, window screens, garage door, etc. I never felt pressured or pushed to do anything. The inspector explained the damages and gave me my options. They recommended that I file a claim with my insurance. They walked me through the entire process and explained everything in detail. I have never filed a claim for my home before, so they made it very easy for me. Aside from filing the claim, the team at Raptor handled everything else. It was a totally painless process. They provided a report with photos of the damage they found on my house. The communication was above and beyond anything I expected. The day of installation, their crew put a net system up around my house to protect my house and landscaping. The crew was awesome and worked super fast. There were company representatives throughout the day to check on how the work was going. I now have a new roof, gutters, garage door thanks to them. I would have ever known about this had they not come to look at my house. I would 100% recommend this company to any of my family, friends, and neighbors!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Orion at Raptor Restoration, they are very reliable and honest company and took care of our roof and they worked with our insurance and got everything covered so we didnt have to worry about a thing they repair everything from roofs to siding, and gutters.
