Brandon with Cooper Real Estate group went above and beyond as our Real estate agent. My wife and I started out hoping to go the new construction route. This can be a tedious process, however Brandon simplified the process by explaining the various steps involved and also assisted us with looking at prospective lots of land to build on. Eventually my wife and I shifted gears from wanting to purchase land and build. Brandon helped us find an existing new build which exceeded our expectations. Brandon was very flexible with our change of direction and kept our best interest in mind throughout the whole transaction, resulting in us purchasing our new home. On top of all of this, Brandon made selling our previous home a seamless process. We cannot recommend Cooper Real Estate Group enough!

I can't say enough good things about my experiences when working with Erin Garvey! Not only did she work with a difficult situation when selling my house, but she negotiated to get more profit than expected and put me completely at ease during the whole process. I used Erin's services again a year later when purchasing a house and was grateful for her expertise in handling VA loans and all of the challenges that come with having a new build. Communication was a huge factor for me and I appreciated how quickly she would respond to me and be available at all times. I will always be thankful for Erin's help and continue to use her services in the future!

The Cooper Real Estate Group is top notch. We have used them to purchase two homes and sell one. I'm convinced we would not have gotten one of the homes due to multiple offers if not for their guidance and expertise. They are personable, professional, and really make you comfortable with the whole process. We will never use another realtor as long as their services are available. We could not recommend enough!

Highly recommend using Patrick Davidson! He helped my husband and I find a home while my husband was deployed a few years ago, and we are using him again to sell a home with a unique situation. Sabotage and Champions - In response to Christine Price. My exwife in a contentious divorce. I don't understand why she left this review. Brandon, the owner was our realtor and did an amazing job dealing with her "issues" especially in such an emotional state. She intentionally sabotaged the sale of the home with a vindictive agenda. This was a nightmare sale for a realtor and Brandon handled it like the Champion he is! Brandon was very thorough, timely, easily reached and always on point. His data was fact driven and he knew exactly how to handle the whole thing. He even went as far as helping the buyers realtor closer the deal. I would recommend this team time and again. If not for her stalling tactics and deceptive behaviors our house could have sold for an extra $55k more than it did. But her lack of communication and avoidance of calls and texts cost is valuable time. I'm just glad she's out of my life and out of this transaction. Thanks Again Brandon for all you did to help us!
