Versatile Realty

After months of searching for the perfect building to use for an independent music hall and youth outreach program I came across a Craigslist ad for a property that was advertised by Versatile Realty. I immediately reached out to Jennifer for the listing. I left a voice mail for the listing and I received a phone call about 20 minutes later. I asked Jennifer if the listing was zoned for retail or concert halls, she replied with "I don't know, you will have to look that information up, I can't tell you. I know nothing about that stuff." The minute I heard that I figured, wow how can a realty company not understand zoning laws or know information about the property they were selling. Next, I scheduled a visit after doing my research to look at the building, we agreed to meet. I called an hour before like Jennifer asked so she could confirm the meeting, she proceeded to tell me "Yeah, we can't meet today I have another showing." How professional, you cancel a business meeting an hour before, whatever. Next, I called back a week later to see if this company was interested in actually leasing this building and making a profit on a building that has been vacant for over 5 years. We scheduled another meeting for today. I called again an hour before the meeting to confirm that we were going to meet up. I called twice, no reply. She calls back 30 minutes before we were supposed to meet and replies with "Hey Josh, we're going to have to change the meeting to 9:45, I have another meeting at 10pm." After hearing this I'm assuming this company does't want to lease this property because they're not going to make any money off of me wanting to rent it, which is still terrible customer service. I just agree and drive around 30 minutes to see the property, she calls me at 9:50am "Josh, where are you? I told you I have an appointment at 10:30am and I need to leave." I reply with "I'm 2 blocks away, I'll be there within 5 minutes". After I mentioned I wasn't on time, she decided to get an attitude problem and tell me "I told you I have another appointment." I reply once again "I'm sorry, you told me we were supposed to meet at 9:30am, you didn't answer so I figured you bailed on our meeting again, then you tell me that you have to reschedule how unprofessional can you be." At this point she has become furious and very aggravated. She replies with "I guess this just isn't meant to be" and she hangs up on me. So this Realtor Jennifer is very unprofessional and hung up on me as a customer wanting to rent out a space that has been vacant for over 5 years. I would not recommend working with the Versatile Realty company or their so called Manager Jennifer. The whole business is unprofessional and as I stated before displays terrible customer service to potential business.
