Realtors come a dime a dozen however Chris Camperelli is one of the best Realtors in the market. He was always available, attentive and he's very knowledgeable about the industry. He would send us homes as soon as they hit the MLS listing. As a first time home buyer I knew nothing about asking for closing cost, the home purchasing process, checking the installation dates on big ticket items (hvac, roof)or knowing when and when not to negotiate but he walked us through the process. If we sent him a house we wanted to see at 8am he had the tour scheduled by 11am. Although he has multiple clients he made us feel like we were his only ones. We never felt pressured to buy nor did we ever feel like we were just a commission check. If you're looking for an experienced, educated, well connected realtor who can make things happen. Look no further Chris is your guy.

We are some of the most difficult people, when it comes to buying a house. Chris was so patient, and helped us find our new home. He was able to get ours sold right away, and now we have the property of our dreams. I cannot stress enough, on how great of a realtor Chris is. I would never use, or recommend, anyone else.
