What do I need to get medical records or vaccination records?

Always very kind and impressive. I like how the nurses squat to talk to my kids. They do not stand and talk down on them she rather squat so she is eye level with them when she talks to them. They're very very nice and professional. I will recommend them all day. Even when they made a mistake with my scheduling they were very kind to tell me about it.

Ive been calling for for the past two years trying to get my childs birth certificate, so I guess I just have to go down there and get it myself. Pretty complicated for a mother without any help. after Ive been told numerous times that I can get it online or by contacting you guys and it doesnt seem to be a priority to get mothers their childs birth certificates these days. Then we have to pay for something that should have been sent to me the first few months of my childs life. Scamming us like the rest of the government workers.

I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional services by a gov front desk staff in my life. the little lady in the front office discriminates and she is super rude.went with my Kids my oldest is autistic this lady was gossiping ,insulted my daughter and was rude when I also asked her a question, she needs more training on customer service. I felt more comfortable with the big gorgeous lady on dreads she was nice, Ive met her twice she had the same positive attitude, so is the gentle man at the door, great staffs ,the nurse was fast and professional.

More crooked than our nations politics. They have an employee named Johnny that accepts bribes from his friend Gary to harass a certain restaurant while places like Jordans chicken and Papa John's barely get any visits. The news about Jordans chicken proves it.
