I wouldnt recommend coming here or working here its like a zoo here. Big turn over on employees, they violate pt privacy, pt are put on drug that they dont tell you what they are about. When your scheduled an appt they take you off a not tell ya. Employee cuss a dont care who hears it. Also the management doesnt care about his employees or pt. Its all about MONEY

I worked for Virtual Consult MD/Virtual Staffing Solutions as HR and I would never recommend this place to anyone working or patients seeking mental health care.

Never replies to voicemails and never picks up the phone, significant other need refills on important medication but no one ever picks up and respond not a reliable front office.

I brought my son to his appointment and had an awful experience. First Ashley at the front desk is amazing. Professional, quick, friendly. Makes you feel taken care of. It's the other desk girl who is the exact opposite. She's the MA. Average height and black hair. She is so unpleasant and unprofessional. She acts like helping you is an inconvenience and rolls her eyes. She uses bad language and I've heard her talk bad about patients. I've had enough and am considering getting a new provider for my son. If she was out of the picti would give 5 as rars.
