I really enjoyed my time through Weybright. I lived at 619 W 44th street and it had great parking and a nice porch. 6 of us lived there and all had our own rooms. Maintenance was quick to respond to us. I would recommend this spot to any Butler students looking for housing!

Weybright really helped us out a lot this past year. Due to contractor issues, we werent able to move into our original house, so they were very accommodating and provided a huge house on Berkley for the same price as our smaller place we were going to stay at. Lisa was amazing and made sure we got in there quickly and got us settled. She was amazing is doing everything she could for us and always checked up on us. Once we got moved into our place, we had to get a couple things fixed like hot water issue and removing birds in the attic but Jordan was amazing and immediately came over and took care of anything that concerned us. Those two are such amazing people and genuinely care about the students and making sure the houses are up to good standards. My biggest issue I had with the house was the washer/dryer combo because it had the tendency to shrink clothes regardless of how much you put in there so something to be area of. After all of this, Nick Weybright stated that due to our awful situation with the contractors that he would be giving us back our full security deposit. Communication has been great with everyone and Lisa and Jordan especially made our time with Weybright amazing.
