Was a resident for roughly 4 years. To summarize my experience in short, I painted the entire interior of the house before moving out and I was charged a move out fee to paint the interior of the house. This may not be the fault of Bridge Homes themselves, my guess is it was a dishonest subcontractor that wrote a list of which half of the items I had addressed. After compiling before and after pictures of my move out my intent was to take the company to small claims court, however I was about to move out of country and ultimately decided the $2000 or so that should have been owed to me wasn't worth the hassle given how much I had on my plate at the time. I made sure to voice my displeasure with whoever I could in the company, both at the local office as well as their headquarters(I believe in North Carolina). The last 6 months or so was an absolute nightmare dealing with the Indy office to include a bunch of mistakes on their part with billing as well as AI driven subcontractors they have to handle some of their billing. They were absolutely worthless and I'd much rather live out of my car than rent from them again.

Really good at getting to us with emergency issues so far, move in process was easy, they have understood some tech issues we have had, so we got ask-free extensions on documents. They do consider the renter a person unlike a lot of companies
