I wasnt planning on posting a review today, but I looked up Klines phone number to give them a call and got lost reading the reviews. I figured I could toss in my two cents! Im roughly 8 months into my first lease with Kline, and honestly this has been one of the better renting experiences Ive had so far. Tamika has been overwhelmingly kind, patient, responsive, and cooperative with me and has assisted me in navigating any hurdles Ive faced so far that could relate to my housing. Maintenance has always responded in a timely manner, even if the problem couldnt immediately be fixed. I always receive a call back should I have to leave a voicemail. The pricing is fair, the application & approval process was the fastest Ive ever dealt with, all around its been a good experience. Ive recommended Kline to a couple of friends now, because the Indy housing market is rough to say the least, and Kline seems to have the experience that comes with managing rental properties well, without the big name, monopolizing-the-market slumlord vibe that quite a few other property management groups in Indy bring to the table. I love the space I live in and I hope to stay with Kline for the foreseeable future!
