This mail sorting facility is a total joke. 4 out of 8 packages that arrive here, go missing or are directed to small towns that should not. Talked to multiple postmasters and they say that the problem is the package sorter who miss directs the packages. What exactly are we paying for?? Incompetent people who can't do their jobs? If you can't do your job, than go try something more challenging like flip burgers. The postage rates continue to climb and for what??? If you think this facility has rude workers, which they do, try the Danville location. They are the worst in customers service.

Truck drivers never come to this location.
I checked in they detained the whole driver more than 10 hours we are still here
