While the folks at Tom Wood Porsche are friendly, there is a whole lot to be desired from the consistency of support you receive from advisor to advisor. This has shown up in the form of quoted prices, quoted time frames, and knowledge of the advisor regarding specific models. Additionally, I have brought my Macan GTS here twice in the past year for routine maintenance. Both times I was without my car for a full day longer than quoted. This last go around they didnt have the parts for the 30k mile service, didnt tell me, and when I called the day after it was supposed to be ready to check in status they hadnt even started and were planning on keeping it another 4 days! Its not ideal when you work full time, are a single parent and need a vehicle. At least offer a loaner guys!

I visited Tom Wood Porsche on February 18, just to see if it was even possible to still get an allocation for a 718 Cayman GTS 4.0. The sales adviser, Paul, said he could still put in an order, but I might have to wait up to a year to get the car. I put down a deposit and settled in for what I expected would be a long wait.
Paul called me just a few weeks later and said he had an allocation for me, that I could order to my requested specs, just the way I wanted it.
Todayjust 130 days after my first visit to the dealershipI took delivery of this built-to-order beauty!
The entire team at Tom Wood Porsche made this process much, much smoother than I ever could have imagined, and they went above & beyond to ensure that my wife and I were fully satisfied at every step. Our experience could not have been better!
