        I had Joe out on December 27th 2018 to install a new water signer that he provided. I had never had a water softener before and have assumed after all this time that it had been installed properly. I had a plumber out today for a different issue with a valve and while looking at my softener, it had been installed completely wrong and had never been working since the day I had it installed! Now because it was installed incorrectly the company wont warranty any parts or labor. Thanks for nothing Joe! Im $2k into another new softener after less than 3 years. I do NOT recommend this company.
