Rude staff almost everytime.

Staff is rude and doesn't want to put any effort into helping you, I could hear the pharmacist's annoyance through the phone when I asked a question he's compensated to answer... lol place is a joke

I switched to this location after receiving consistently poor service at the 31 & Smith Valley location. For several years, this location was great. Theres still a great pharmacy tech here. I wish I could remember his name to give him credit, and one great pharmacist; but they can not make up for rudeness and lack of professionalism of other staff, mistakes, incorrect information, refusal to call physicians offices instead of faxing. Automated phone system is designed to discourage speaking to anyone, which is ridiculous, because the only options it gives are those on app. The option I need can only be processed by speaking with someone. Pharmacy answers phone about one call out of 10. I should not have to drive to the store to make a request, then return to pick it up.

Pharmacy puts you on hold until you have to physically go up there. Id recommend going to another pharmacy
