Great experience. The online portal sent my prescription to the wrong store, but they were able to fix the problem and fill it in under 45 minutes. I’ve had similar problems before at other pharmacy chains and ended waiting days for them to fix it, if they ever did.

Numerous experiences of the pharmacy and/or drive-thru not being open even though signage says it is. It’s been infuriating getting my scripts here, but since it’s one of the cheaper places, I still have to put up with it. Some of the employees have been kind (not necessarily Tammy), but if you can choose where to fill your scripts, I would not recommend here.

This pharmacy is truly unlike all others. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and make me feel as though I am important to them. This has not been my experience at other pharmacies in the area. I have switched over to Kroger pharmacy completely, and I have this staff to thank. Thank you.

I have had SO many bad experiences with this Kroger on 86th Street near Westfield Boulevard. Prescriptions requested for refill on the portal that require a doctor's renewal have been sent to Never Never Land, as in I have never heard back from the pharmacy about what is going on. The request is just deleted when I look up the status. The front register staff are clueless about how to fix issues or process renewals. They are very slow in providing service when you go up to the container. The last time I was there, the person manning the pickup counter literally walked away and ignored me for at least 5 minutes. At this point I will go back to the Kroger on Keystone and 62nd street, even though it's farther away, because I never had these problems, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.
