Always crowded and lines are to long..not enough cashiers..but I love it..the ppl.are the best..❤💯

Go here if you like super inconvenient hours (10-7?) and uncaring people who enjoy rattling off in a monotone voice about their non-customer friendly policies. If you, or your autistic grandson who heavily relies on meds, need a pharmacy that will go out of it's way to make sure you are taken care of, look elsewhere. Do not assume they will call your doctor for a refill, even if they say they will. Do not assume they will have the medication in stock. Do not assume anything you are used to getting from your friendly neighborhood pharmacy. This is not that place.

The employees at this location will not go out of their way even a little bit to help. It takes forever for a rx or refill. It's always , it'll be ready after 1. I understand being busy but if I drop a rx off at 9am after a emergency visit and need meds ASAP can you at least try to hurry the process? I told the employee my husband had been out of his meds for 5 days ( not their fault) but could they please rush it even if it was a hour or half hour earlier and she rudely said no. I mean there is no customer service at all at this location. What happened to at least trying to be helpful?

My family doc suggested Kroger pharmacy to fill scripts. I have been doing so for 2 yrs now & I love them!! By joining Kroger pharmacy program ($36/yr) I have saved money. Whenever I have spoken to pharmacy staff, always helpful & professional. Great job & thank you Kroger pharmacy!!
