        Here I am again waiting in a long line at the Kroger pharmacy. If it's a shortage of employees, then they need to figure it out, pay more, sign on bonuses, treat your employees better.

        This might be the worst Pharmacy in town. Long lines Terrible hours and they use that staff shortage excuse. They have an Management problem.

        Awful. Like others have mentioned, drive thru is always closed and the line is 10 deep inside every single time. I called my prescription in over a week ago and it's still not ready. I am almost totally out, so I tried calling to get it filled today. Nope, can't get anyone to answer the phone. First got a message saying they were closed (15 minutes after they're supposed to open), now repeatedly getting sent to voicemail. Avoid at all costs.

        Exactly like everyone else said, 30 minutes in line every time, drive thru always closed. I bet management's running a skeleton crew because they're stingy, and they know there are people like me with no choice in pharmacy because of my insurance company.
